FEATURES:

GOALS - The first page includes space to write your goals, whether it's to lose some weight, gain muscle, or just be healthier in general. There is a spot to write out the plan you have to reach your goals, and your "why". Once you have it written down, it helps to keep it in your mind as you move forward.

TRACKER PAGE - The "Getting Healthy Tracker" page has space to write your weight and measurements when you begin your journey with places to track your progress each week for the 26 weeks of the journal.

MONTHLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE - You get 6 months of blank monthly calendars to record your plan. If you're doing a special program, you can write down the exercise plan for each day, and include your rest days. Each month has room to write own your personal goals for that month.

WEEKLY PLANNING PAGES/FOOD LOG - There are 26 weeks included in the journal, with each week having a different inspiring quote in the blank space on the side. The blank space can be used for notes or shopping lists throughout the week.

The weekly pages include space for:

  • Goals

  • Menu planning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the top of the page - this helps to stay on track if it's planned ahead of time.

  • Food log - keep track of your food all day to be accountable for what you're eating. *Exercise space to record the exercise you completed that day.

  • Water consumption tracker *Daily diary - write down how you're feeling each day...things that you are proud of, what you want to work on, and things you're grateful for.

STRENGTH & WORKOUT TRACKER - After the weekly pages, there are pages for keeping track of your strength training. The target area can be legs, back, abs, upper, lower or however you are setting up your exercise routines. You can fill in the exercise as "squats" or "bicep curls" - whatever the exercise is for that target area. There is space for the "weight" used and the amount of "reps".

FAVORITE MEAL IDEAS - Write down some of your favorite go-to healthy meals in the section provided so you can easily look at these pages when filling out your meal plans for the weekly pages.

RECIPES TO TRY - This is a page to write down a recipe you see or hear about and would like to try sometime.

FAVORITE HEALTHY RECIPES - Once you find a recipe you love, record it in the pages provided to have it easily on hand.

MOTIVATION PAGES - Use these pages to write down why you started your health journey. Whenever you feel yourself struggling, read it over. There is space to write down your accountability buddies, people you can call when you're struggling. And, write down some of your hobbies and things you can do to give yourself a boost when needed. There is even space for some of your own favorite quotes that inspire you.
